WGUR FM is the average college radio station broadcasting from Raritan Valley Community College located in Bergen County, New Jersey. WGUR began broadcasting on 88.3 FM on September 1988, making it the earliest college station and the only non-commercial station in Western Middlesex County and Staten Island, NY.
